I had a very bad experience on this store as lost Trust on Crompton because of this showroom person false commitment he has taken almost 2500/- extra. Initially conversation and commitment was different from the price they have taken while billing this is really bad worst not at all recommended. Please be aware do not trust this person words blindly and do not give a single rupee advance.
Hello, For your kind information do you think we cannot mention the dates what date which we given advance payment which collected forcefully by making false promises and commitment regarding the prices of the product. Also it is our choice to purchase any products from your end it is not like if we like see the product we should purchase it is there any rule. End of the day whatever the products we purchase you should take the appropriate amount from our end not like as per your choice. The reason behind we visited store is trust as you won't regret us by taking additional money for the same product. Also your service tone was totally changed while taking advance amount and while purchasing the product this is not good right. Always you should talk same what we talk at the time of taking advance payment not like your fake commitment by just taking the advantage as you have already received the advance payment from us. If you want proof i have the bill copies if you want I can provide to your higher level management without fail and i will submit it don't worry. Like this kind of third class experience off course i need to share it with the company.

I had a very wonderful experience with this store. The store manager n crompton executive did an amazing job by helping me with fans, chimney, hob n geysers. The manager/ store owner explained everything in detail and gave a considerable discount on the total cost. He also arranged installation and followed up even after a week checking the performance. The products are really great. I can strongly suggest this store to everyone looking for kitchen appliances n other electrical products. Thanks to the store once again.
